Service Terms
Plans include an initial commitment period. Early cancellation fees may apply during the commitment period. Customers may request tier upgrades or downgrades subject to the terms of their service agreement.
- Commitment period: Your commitment period begins when your service agreement starts. You are billed monthly at the rate for your service tier and commitment length. After the initial commitment ends, service continues month-to-month under the service agreement.
- Early cancellation: Early cancellation fees may apply during the initial commitment period. See the Lendova Digital Service Agreement for complete terms.
- Upgrades: You can request an upgrade at any time. Higher-tier service and billing begin going forward; your original commitment period continues unless you and Lendova agree to a new one.
- Downgrades: Downgrade requests during an active commitment are subject to your service agreement, and when permitted normally take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Month-to-month customers can change tiers more flexibly.
